Just an anecdote, but we are looking to move early next year and started looking at houses in NH. There were quite a few listings a month ago, but many got snapped up. Then, we didn’t see much of anything new for a while. Now, in the past week, we are seeing a bunch of new listings. Same here in AZ.
Is this typical? I expected to see fewer and fewer new listings in the areas we looked at until spring time.
